Great location right in the heart of the city. Our rooms were super cozy with comfy beds that we loved sinking into 😊. the staff here were amazing - so friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we needed.

Ponte provided a great location near the White Bridge and served delicious espresso as part of their breakfast. the breakfast itself was a wonderful mix of Georgian specialties and European options, such as fruit and yogurt. the hotel, although new, had a boutique feel and offered excellent value for money. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the convenient location in the old town made it easy to explore shops and restaurants. I also enjoyed the view from the balcony, which overlooked the Bagrati cathedral and other landmarks. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced exceptional customer service. We had mistakenly booked a taxi for 4am, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and arranged a taxi for us without any hassle. They were understanding and accommodating throughout. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. The location was convenient, close to the city center and nearby attractions. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the restricted breakfast hours and lack of wardrobe in the room, our overall experience was positive and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location near the river was absolutely perfect. The breakfast each day was perfect. The room features such as the flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a sitting area were appreciated. Having a bathtub in the open bathroom was a plus.
